File A Warranty Claim

IMPORTANT

1. Claims MUST be filed within 30 days of occurrence
2. NO repairs to be completed prior to approval of claim
3. Charges for repair outside of Ridgeline MUST be approved prior to work being done.

ALL CLAIMS MUST INCLUDE:

1. Pictures of damage (all angles)
2. Pictures of Vin Tag
3. Copy of Accident Report (if applicable)
4. Copy of Original Purchase
